DOWELL REALTY was established in 1995 by Mr. Calvin Saw as a sole proprietor practice to provide professional Real Estate Agency services.

He is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers Appraisers & Estate Agents (E192) and had served The Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) as a Council Member holding the Chairman position for property negotiators education and subsequently as Honorary Treasurer. He is also a member of the FIABCI Malaysian Chapter (International Real Estate Federation).

He has established himself in Malaysia and has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate agency market.
