Buying Procedure
- Pay earnest deposit of 3% of purchase price for confirmation (signing an option to purchase)
- Pay 7% of purchase price 14 days later (signing of Sale & Purchase Agreement)
- Pay 90% of purchase price within 3 months after signing of S&P (take possession of property – key handover)

- Property found
- Pay one month deposit
- Seven days from confirmation signing of tenancy agreement (pay additional two months rental and utility deposit)
- Stamping of tenancy agreement
